Refund & Return Policy
- Return Conditions:
- Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt for both local and international orders.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
- Refunds:
- We do not offer cash refunds. Balance will be issued as store credit for your next purchases.
- You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return.
- Email us at css.radiusite@gmail.com with your order number and product details to initiate a return & refund.
Damages and Issues
- If you find that the item is defective (you did not purchase it as an 'AS-IS' or defective item), damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at css.radiusite@gmail.com for replacement.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please reach out to our customer service team [here].
- You will be responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the item.
- Our team will assist you with the exchange process and provide any necessary instructions.
Pre-Order Refunds
- Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds if the status of the items are still processing & within the pre-order period.
- If the pre-order period has exceeded and you have not received a tracking number or the item, you may request a cancellation for a refund.
